Couples Therapy

As mammals, we are wired for relationship. It is coded as survival. In any partnership, forming a safe and secure bond is foundational.

That’s where therapy can help.

My approach to couple’s therapy is unique and holistic. Rather than simply “problem-focused” at surface level, I assist my clients in not only gaining tools for present-day struggles, but assess each client’s upbringing and emotional world in depth to understand how each person’s story intersects within the relationship. This results in lasting change.

Working with couples is a passion for me. My style as being a relationship therapist is also being relational.  Meaning, the relationship I develop with each individual person in the room is paramount to the therapy being safe and effective.

I am warm, loyal, and deeply committed to my couples.  I have been described as insightful, down to earth, going the “extra mile,” and someone safe with whom to be vulnerable.  I am LGBTQ affirming.
