I am first and foremost a relational therapist. Meaning, the therapeutic relationship I have with my clients is just as important as the psychological work done together. Safety, confidentiality, depth, humility, and humor are fundamental elements for building any healing relationship.
I have worked in community mental health, college settings, group practice, and now as founder and owner of Relentless Resilience Psychotherapy. I have studied at the Master’s of Clinical Counseling program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and hold a M.A. in Contemporary Spirituality and a M.A. in Counseling from Loyola University Chicago. Post-graduate, I have extensive additional training in couple’s counseling.
